For this project I started out by making four seperate pinch pots. I then slip and scored the four hemispheres into two spheres. I then constructed several rectangular prisms and attached them onto the first sphere to create a skyline, I didn't know what to do for colors so I settled on using purple underglaze on the whole thing. The second sphere was meant to contrast the first by being nature based as apposed to man-made. I decided on making several ants before putting the whole project aside for several months. When I returned to the project the second ant I had contructed was half finished, and both spheres were completely bone dry. I decided to break off the second ant. Brandon Dunn then told me to glaze the sphere as if it was a tomato. I didn't see any reason not to, so I took his advice and made the single ant green and the rest of the sphere red.
