My prompt was "Draw an Alien swimming in a bowl full of pudding" So I started this drawing off with the bowl. I had a really hard time with making the curve in at the bottom of the bowl, but I finally got it to a point that I was happy with. After the bowl I started drawing the alien. I think it turned out very well, and I liked that I made it with many limbs, I think that it makes the drawing a lot more interesting. I also like how you can tell he's eating the pudding because of the little drop I drew falling from the spoon. I then drew the water and shaded it in. Right then I thought the drawing could be done, but after looking at it for a little, it looked way to empty. I ended up drawing the lap next to it to fill in some of the blank space, and really put into proportion how small the alien is. After I finished sketching it out, I traced back over it in some areas to add value. Some things I think I could do better are, draw the line of the bowl across the alien to make it look like he is more inside the bowl. One more this I could do is make the pudding a lot darker to make it look more like pudding but not to dark to where you wouldn't be able to see the alien.
