Year 9B Program Overview
Senior Years Pathway Exploration Begins in Year 9
Year 9B marks the third year of the SEAL program, accelerating students through the first four years of secondary schooling to create more time to prepare for senior school and access a wide range of extension opportunities. 9B students will continue with their five accelerated subjects (English, Maths, Science, Humanities and Languages) and complete the mandatory Health/PE requirements through the Year 9 Active Life subject and Year 9 DARE program.
This year is also the start of 9B students being able to select electives that match their interests and aspirations.
Elective Selection Process (for Year 9B)
