The most current project update was released at the Feb. 7 RPSB School Board Meeting.

Specifically for ASH:

ABW along with ASH staff held a small group meeting to prioritize the various scopes of work and their scope items, in reference to Early College Addition and Turf Field.
Pan American Engineers has been engaged and a survey crew shall commence work this week.
Pan American is currently in production of drawings for the Turf Football field. Expect to release for approval to the board in March/ April 2023 and have turf installed for Fall 2023.
CSRS has pursued the use of TIPS program to solicit and procure turfing of the baseball and softball fields.
The baseball field turf project is estimated to be over $400k and exceeds the amount threshold to utilize TIPS.
This scope will remain in design team project.
The softball field project is estimated be approximately $150k and after review with CRSR and our engineering team, the project may be missing some key details. Further discussion is ongoing. Recommend scope to remain in project.
