Our Story

Letter to the first student body of ASH (1969):

Many students will pass through the halls of Alexandria Senior High School, but none will have the responsibility you have had amassing tradition. In retrospect, you will recall that you were a member of the group that selected the mascot, named the yearbook, and initiated many other fine traditions.

Alexandria Senior High is a superior school plant, but this is just the beginning. Only through your efforts can this school become a superior institution of learning. The success of our school will be synonymous with the quality of our graduates.

May your contributions during this year always be a source of pride and accomplishment.

With my best wishes,

Raymond Bamburg  (First Principal)
