Water

Your food vending zone will be equipped with 3-compartment sinks connected to a fresh water line and a greywater tank. Greywater cannot be emptied during the show, so PLEASE conserve your water usage very carefully. If your greywater tank becomes full during the show, we will be forced to disconnect your fresh water supply.

Before washing dishes, remove all food scraps from your items. Clogged sinks are a HUGE issue for everyone - please help us prevent them.

Please bring your own rags/sponges/soap/bleach to use at the sinks.

 
Please come prepared with jugs or buckets with lids to transport water from the water source to your booth.
