Sunday Load Out
When the show ends Sunday night, begin packing up your items.Â
Any staff coming in from off site to help with load out should follow the overnight parking instructions below.
All vehicles needing to enter the site for load out will go through Marshaling process, just as we did during load in (see instructions below)
Do not bring in a vehicle until your vendor coordinator has let you know we got the 'all clear' from the police/security. This 'all clear' indicates when it is safe to bring in vehicles.
Do not bring in a vehicle until your booth is completely packed up so you can just load and go.
ONLY vehicles that are actively loading may drive into the site. Staff coming to help with load out must park in Staff Parking (see info below).
Be careful to avoid hitting/catching the overhead string lights as you drive your vehicles in/out of the Family Style area.
Only park directly in front of your booth as to not block other vendors from entering/parking.
Power will remain on overnight until 1pm Monday.
Front facades will come down after the all clear on Sunday night, probably around midnight. If you are ready to load out and your front facade has not yet been removed, please load out through the end of the food row (near the sinks). DO NOT remove the facade yourself as these are very expensive.
You may continue to pack up and load out as long as you need, but when you are ready to leave please drive SLOWLY and watch for heavy equipment, pedestrians, etc. - there will be a lot of activity on-site through the night.
Monday Load Out
Monday March 18th load out will take place 11am - 5pm
ONLY vehicles that are actively loading may drive into the site. Staff coming to help with load out must park in Staff Parking (see info below).
All vehicles will go through Marshaling process, just as we did during load in (see instructions below). DO NOT drive directly into the site.
**We are working with a local food bank*** all food to be donated should be moved/kept In the 35 degree refer container for pickup by 2pm on Monday. No prepared foods - only produce, bread, meat, etc.
Cleaning Guidelines
All food vendors must clean their booth space after loading out to ensure the space is left free of debris and exactly as you found it.
A cleaning fee will be applied to the vendor's settlement if the space is left unclean or with any product left in the booth space or refrigeration space. Cleaning fee will be based on the cost of cleaning. A clean booth is defined as looking exactly as it did when the vendor first accessed the booth during load in.
Every piece of the vendor's property (including rentals) and product must be offsite by 5pm Monday.
All separated trash should be placed outside the fence on the other side of the sinks.
Settlement
Vendors will receive a full settlement report to approve by email on Tuesday March 19 that fully details all sales, commissions, fees, credits and payment guidelines/timeline.
Collected food tickets must be handed in directly to Tanya, Jon or Kerry by 2pm Monday March 18 in order to receive credit on settlement for these sales.
