Please review the documents below to ensure you are prepared for health department inspections on-site prior to the event. Health inspections will take place on Thursday, March 13th. Please be sure you have someone from your business on-site between 10am and 5pm to meet the health department and sign off on their inspection of your vending operation.
All booths MUST provide their own warm water hand-washing setup containing:
5-gallon insulated container capable of providing a continuous stream of WARM water that leaves hands free for washing
Hand soap in a pump dispenser
Single-use paper towels
A 5-gallon catch basin for dirty water
● Rolling Loud will be providing shared 3-compartment sinks, but vendors MUST BRING THEIR OWN soap and sponges.
● Vendors must also bring their own SANITIZER BUCKET and rag to wipe down prep surfaces.
● All booths must have a CLEANABLE FLOOR such as tarp or plywood. Your booths will be on asphalt, but having tarp underneath will greatly reduce your cleaning efforts following the event.
● All vendors MUST bring their own food thermometer and keep ALL perishable food at under 41 degrees Fahrenheit or above 135 degrees Fahrenheit at all times.
● All food, beverages, and supplies MUST be stored NO LESS THAN 6” off the ground.
● Anyone handling READY TO EAT food items must wear gloves.
