***NEW INFORMATION ADDED***

Some vendors have been approved for 1 x pallet spot in our refrigerated shipping containers. If you are one of these vendors, please read below for additional information that will help you to have a successful experience with these refers.

• The (2) Family Style area refrigerated containers are like large walk-in coolers and each one will be shared between 5 vendors.

• The refrigerated containers will be placed directly behind the Family Style food vending row.

• The refrigerated containers will be powered and ready to go by the time you load in on Wednesday starting at Noon.

• Each 40" x 48" pallet space will be marked with blue painters tape and labeled with your business name. Please do not encroach on the walkway space or your neighbor's space.

• The refrigerated containers do NOT come with shelving - please bring your own shelves, crates, pallets, or other means of elevating your product at least 6" off the ground per health department guidelines.

• PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR EVERY TIME YOU ENTER OR EXIT THE CONTAINER - DO NOT LEAVE THE DOOR AJAR FOR ANY REASON. Leaving the door open allows warm, moist air to enter and cause the condenser to freeze up. The temperature in the container can then go up and put your food product at risk.

• Please bring a headlamp or flashlight to use inside the containers rather than leaving the door ajar for light.

• Please note that 1 refrigerated container with 5 pallet spots will be set at 35 degrees and the other will be set at 20 degrees. Veggie Fam, Boiling Crab, Stevie's Creole, and 10/10Burger have already claimed 2 spots in the 20 degree unit. Please reach out here if you prefer the colder unit as well - there are 2 spots available and they are first come first served.

• All food vendors must clean out their refrigerated space completely by 5pm on Monday following the show.
