Propane

All vendors are responsible for bringing and refilling their own propane. 

Please be sure to provide propane hoses that are at least 10' long to satisfy fire department requirements. 

Please be sure your propane tanks and hoses are in good working order.

Please store propane tanks that are not in use away from the cooking area.

Bring a spray bottle with soapy water to test propane connections for leaks.
