Staff Credentials

Your main contact may collect your business' packet of festival credentials during load in on Wednesday, March 13th (Noon-5pm) from Tanya, Camren, or Jon on the Rolling Loud team. We will be supporting you during load-in so you will see our faces as soon as you get to your booth!

You are responsible for distributing credentials to each individual team member in advance of their shift.

Wristbands are not transferrable between staff members. 

Do not take off your wristband until after leaving the event site following your final working shift. It's fine to shower with them!

Wristbands must be worn at all times while inside the venue. Not wearing your wristband could result in ejection from the event site by security.
