Load-In Instructions

All food vendors must load in on Wednesday, March 13th between Noon-5pm.

All vehicles needing to enter the site for load-in on Wednesday MUST follow the truck marshaling instructions below. 

You MUST fill out the Truck Marshaling Form prior to arrival.

Once you arrive at the Marshaling Yard, the team there will get you escorted to your vending location. DO NOT drive around the site without an escort.

For your daily show day restocking from 10am-Noon, you do NOT need to go to the Marshaling Yard. More information on restocking protocol will be released by end of day Monday 3/11.
