ART INDEPENDENT STUDY:

(1) Permission of Instructor, B avg. in all art courses (2) grade 12 (3) full year

This course is intended for students who seriously want to pursue art as a career or as an avocation and/or want to put together a portfolio. Independent projects are pursued. It is student directed and teacher supervised. It must be taken as a sixth subject. Class requirements are 6 projects during the course of the year, 3-page research paper, artist’s statement, and volunteer efforts for the 2 art shows.
