Q1. Learning agreementにサインが欲しい。
How can I have my learning agreement signed?
A1. 国際センターに直接お持ちいただくか、メール添付にてお送りください。
Either bring the paper in person or send it as an attachment file to the International Office.
Q2 出願ID番号がわからない。
How can I confirm my application ID number?
A2. 出願システムのマイページから確認できます。
You can confirm your number on your My Page in the application system.
Q3. 寮に入れるかどうか、いつわかりますか。
When can I know if I have been admitted in a Rikkyo dorm?
A3. 入学が春学期の場合は2月中旬、秋学期の場合は7月中旬に出願システム上でお知らせいたします。ご自身のマイページをご確認ください。
You will be notified through the online application system in Mid-February for Spring semester, in Mid-July for Fall semester. Please check your My Page on the application system.
Q4.入学許可通知はどうやって確認できますか。
How can I access the letter of acceptance?
A4. 出願システム上のマイページからダウンロードできます。

Q5.銀行口座開設をする必要はありますか。
Do I have to open a bank account?
A5. 奨学金（指定の銀行の場合もあり）の受領、海外からの送金を受ける、アルバイト給与の振込などの場合を除いて、銀行口座を開設する必要はありません。必要な場合は、 在留期間 に関わらず、ゆうちょ銀行で口座開設できます。 詳細はオリエンテーション期間中に説明会を開催しお伝えする予定です。なお、 立教大学池袋キャンパス角に ゆうちょ銀行口座開設窓口である 郵便局があります 。
Other than receiving scholarship (bank might be designated), overseas remittance or receiving part time job payment, you don t need to open a bank account. If necessary , you can open a bank account at Japan Post Bank (Yuucho bank) regardless of the period of your stay in Japan. We will explain in details during orientation. There is a post office at the corner of Rikkyo University Ikebukuro campus where you can open a Japan Post Bank account
Q6. 海外のキャッシュカードでお金を引き出せますか。
Can I withdraw cash with cards issued abroad?
A5. ゆうちょ銀行やセブン銀行の ATM で、海外発行のクレジットカード (PLUS, CIRRUS など で現金を引き出すことができる機械があります。引き出す際には手数料がかかり、一日に引き出せる金額には上限がありますが、留学期間が６ヶ月未満の場合は、この方法が便利です。
You can withdraw cash using your international credit/debit card (PLUS, CIRRUS, etc.) at ATMs of Japan Post Bank and Seven Bank. There i s a handling charge and a limit on the amount of money you can withdraw per day, however this is useful for those who stay only for one semester.
Q7. コンセントの形状と電圧などを教えてください。
What are the plug type and electrical systems in Japan?
A7. 日本のコンセントの形状は A 型、電圧 100V 、周波数 50Hz （東京）です。
Japanese Plug type is A, Residential voltage 100V and Frequency 50Hz(Tokyo).

Q9. Wifiはいつから使えますか？また、どうやってwifiに繋げますか？
When and how can I connect with the campus wi-fi?
A9. 学生証と一緒に配布する、V-campus IDとパスワードでwifiに繋ぐことができます。学生証配布日は、オリエンテーション日程表で確認してください。
Please use your V-campus ID and the password you will receive together with your student ID card. Refer to the orientation schedule to confirm when the Rikkyo ID cards will be distributed.
Q10. 通学定期券の料金はいくらですか？
How much does the commuter pass cost?
A10. 国際交流寮がある志木駅~池袋駅間の定期券の料金は、2023年5月現在、以下の通りです。
東武東上線を利用した場合：
1カ月 4,250円 ／3カ月 12,120円 ／6カ月 22,950円
As per May 2023 (at present) the Tobu Tojo Line commuter pass between Shiki Sta. (nearest station to RUID Shiki/ Asakadai & RGH) and Ikebukuro Sta. is 4,250 JPY/ month, 12,120 JPY/ 3 months and 22,950 JPY/ 6 months.
