STEP1. アカウント登録／Account registration
オンラインシステムに沿って、必要な情報を入力してください。
Enter the necessary information and create your account on the system.
STEP2. 出願情報登録／Applicant's data registration
マイページの出願情報登録に進み、学歴等の情報の入力を完了させてください。
※入力順は問わない
Proceed to "My Page" site and enter your academic history and other required information.
※The order of the entries is not important.

・志望学部・研究科 College/Graduate School you wish to be enrolled at Rikkyo
※志望学部・研究科の選択にあたっては、Academicsをご覧ください。
To select your desired College/Graduate School, please see Academics.
（日本語による専門科目の履修を希望する場合、志望学部・研究科 のページは必ず全て日本語で入力してください。 入力する前に、右上の言語選択ボタンで日本語を選択してください。／In case you wish to take academic courses in Japanese, select first "Japanese" from the language bar on the upper right corner of the screen and fill out all the fields on this page in Japanese.)

STEP.3 帳票ダウンロード・アップロード Designated forms (download & upload)
健康診断書、財政証明書は所定の書式をダウンロードし、必要箇所を記入のうえ、アップロードしてください。※Step2が完了しないと、書式のダウンロードはできません。
Download the Certificate of Finance and Certificate of Health, fill them out and upload the forms.
※Only after the completion of STEP 2 the system will let you download the Certificate of Health/ Finance forms.
STEP4. 写真を2枚郵送 Two professional passport photos<Mail >
立教大学国際センター宛てに証明写真2枚を郵送してください。（所属校からまとめて送付しても構いませんので、所属校の指示に従ってください。）
※写真は、ビザ申請に必要なCOEのを申請するため、出入国在留管理庁へ提出するものです。必ず以下に指定された通りに用意してください。不適合な写真を提出した場合は、再提出していただきます。
・パスポート品質の写真で、背景無し、正面向き、帽子などを着用していないものに限る。
・COE申請に使用する為、サイズは4×3 cm。既定より大きいサイズも不可。
・２週間以内に撮影のもの。
・写真の裏に名前・所属校名を記入すること。
Please send two recent professional passport photographs (4×3 cm) by mail.
The photographs are for your Certificate for Eligibility (COE) application at the Immigration Bureau. (The COE is one of the documents you will need later for your visa.) Make sure to strictly keep the format requirements. In case of submission of wrong photos you will be requested to resubmit them again.
・They must be of passport-quality, professional, without background , facing front, no hat, etc.
・Since they will be used for the COE application the size must be exactly 4×3 cm. (Larger/ smaller sizes are not acceptable)
・Photos must be taken within 2 weeks.
・Write your name and home university on the back side of photos.

Q1. 出願が完了したかどうか、どうやって分かりますか？
How can I be sure that my application has been completed?
A1. My Page上の「出願完了申請」を押して、以下のメッセージが出たらシステム上での出願手続きは完了です。不備があるときのみ、こちらからメールにてご連絡します。
Click the "submit your application" button on your My Page. If the following message appears on the screen, your application has been successfully completed. We will email you only if there is any problem.
Q2. 写真が国際センターに届いたかどうか、どうしたら確認できますか？
How can I know that my photos have reached the International Office?
A2. 国際センターが写真を確認したら、出願システムよりメールにてメッセージが送信されます。ご自身のマイページを確認してください。
You will receive an automatic e-mail message from the system once we confirm the arrival of your photos. Please check your My Page.
Q3. すでに写真を送りましたが、まだ写真到着の連絡を受け取っていません。
I have already sent the photos but still have not received confirmation of their arrival.
A3. 国際センターに連絡してください。ただ、立教大学に届いたとしても国際センターに届くまでに数日（特に週末の場合）かかる場合がありますのでご注意ください。
Please contact the International Office. Note that it might take a few days for the photos to reach our office even if they have already arrived in Rikkyo University (especially on the weekends).
Q4. いくつかの書類に空欄になっているIDが見つかりません。
I cannot find the "ID" that should be filled in the blanks on some of the documents.
A4. 入力する必要はありませんので、空欄のままにしておいてください。
It is not necessary to fill in the ID. Just leave the designated spaces blank.
Q5. 結核菌感染が無いことを証明するためのツベルクリン反応テスト結果を持っています。それでもレントゲン検査をしなければなりませんか？
Do I still have to take a X-ray chest test even though I have a result of tuberculin test that can prove I am not infected by tuberculosis?
A5. レントゲン検査では結核菌感染の有無だけを見ているわけではないので、すべての交換留学生がレントゲン検査を受ける必要があります。
All exchange students must take a chest X-ray test since it is not only for tuberculosis infection.
Q6. 滞在費の支弁方法で「その他」／「奨学金」を選択しましたが先に進むことができません。
The system will not let me proceed ahead when I choose "Others"/"Scholarship" in the question about the funding source.
A6. 「本人負担」と「その他」／「奨学金」の両方にチェックし、本人負担の場合の情報欄に自分の情報を入力してください。年収欄にはダミーで"000000"と入力してください。
Please tick both "Self-sponsored" and "Others" / "Scholarship, and fill out the blanks of sponsor's information with your own information. As to the annual income, please insert "000000" to let the system proceed ahead.
