How update Job Status

INDIVIDUAL JC UPDATE

Step 1. Navigate to the JC module (Production>Job Cards) and click the view button to display Active JC's

Step 2. Open JC in question by double clicking on it

Step 3. Click the status drop down selection and select the new status of the JC.

Step 4. Close the JC

BATCH UPDATE

Step 1. Navigate to the JC module (Production>Job Cards) and click the view button to display Active JC's

Step 2. Click the Actions menu then select Batch Update

Step 3. Highlight one or more jobs in the data grid. (To select multiple jobs either use shift and right click or ctrl and right-click)

Step 4. Select the "Status" option in the Update lookup and select the status to change to.

Step 5. Click the update button and when the Confirmation message appears, click "Yes".
