Updating Pricelist Items

Background

Once a new item is created eg. a new roll media the new item will need to have pricelist rules applied to it. At the time of writing the following Price Lists are in use at Catch Media:

Cara (Cost +55%)
Catch Media Display (Cost + 7%)
Groen Wallpaper (Cost +55%)
High Volume (Cost +50%)
Low Volume (Cost +135%)
Mid Volume (Cost +100%)
Reseller (Cost +60%)
Staff Price List (Cost +10%)

Each of these will need to be updated for the item/s added in question

Process

Step 1: Navigate to Setup>Pricing

Step 2: From the Menu on the right and side select "Selling Prices"

Step 3: Select the Category of the new item and from the Price List dropdown menu, select the Price List you would like to adjust then click the "View" button

Step 4: From the Actions Menu select "Batch Update" and set the Update to "Price List by % from Cost Price" and enter the pricelist % (eg Cara = 55%) and leave the 'Auto' option checked.

Step 5: Highlight the item/s you would like to update by left clicking on the item. (For multiple items use Ctrl + Left click)

Step 6: Click the update button

Repeat this process for all Price Lists.
