Ensure all invoices have been processed for the period
Ensure that all receipts are captured for the period
Ensure that all receipts that can be allocated have been allocated. To find any unallocated receipts, go Customer>Age Analysis, select the statement period then click "view". The "Unallocated" column will show any receipts that are yet to be allocated. (See Fg1 below)

To run statements navigate to Customers>Customer Aged Analysis.
Select the period for which the statement will be run from the date filter (1)
Click the view button to update the data in the grid (2)
Add any filters you require. See this page for details.
Highlight all the records in the aged analysis by clicking on any customer in the grid the press crl+A (This will select all records)
Click the Output>Email>Statement option. A confirmation message will appear asking "Are you sure you want to e-mail all the selected records?" Confirm by clicking "Yes"
QuickEasy will run statements for all selected customers. This may take a few minutes
When all statements have been prepared, QuickEasy will open the email module.
Click on any of the records to highlight one then click Ctrl+A to highlight all.
Click the send button to send them. A confirmation message will appear asking "Send all e-mails?" Confirm by clicking "Yes".
