Kapahaka
We often combine with other colleges in the area in an effort to promote the local area's history. This is portrayed in the māori songs and haka we learn.
Choir
The choir welcomes participation from students of all year groups within the College and provides innovative and fresh opportunities for choral expression with an emphasis on fun and enjoyment of music. Several local choral competitions and festivals provide opportunities for the choir to perform away from the College.
Manu korero
Manu Korero is an annual Maori language speech competition held to enhance the practice of the Maori language. It provides our students with the opportunity of sharing their ideas both in Te Reo Maori and English.
Theatre Club
The theatre club puts on productions for different audiences and develops students in various aspects of theatre. Opportunities are given to act, sing, dance, direct, and to be involved in backstage work with sound, lighting, props, costumes
