Join Jack and Jules for an online workout.

Join Jack and Jules for a cardio blast, strength and Core, Yoga or circuits session between 4.30pm and 5.15pm each day.

Monday 13th to Thursday 16th September

Cardio Blast Circuit

Monday 4.30-5.15pm

This involves two full body circuits that aim to get the heart rate up and your body working.

Chair & Water - Core

Tuesday 4.30-5.15pm

Make sure to bring a STURDY CHAIR and TWO FULL WATER BOTTLES into the workout to help develop your core strength.

Yoga

Wednesday 4:30 - 5:15pm

Come and unwind mid week with Jack and Jules. Focusing on lengthening out the body and relaxing our way through the afternoon.

Small Circuits & Core

Thursday 4:30 - 5:15pm

These circuits involve a wide variety of exercises that helps build your strength and fitness.

How to join...

  • Follow the links above to join in each session.

How long do I have to do the challenge?

As long as we're in lockdown! The Pymlympics will have a closing ceremony and you will be notified when to stop your challenges prior to this.
