Group Work

When you are in your Class Team, you may want to collaborate with other students in your class for a group task.

Here's some ways you could do that:

Google Doc

Google Docs allow for multiple people to edit a document simultaneously and live online.

You could create a Google Doc through https://docs.google.com/ and signing in with your Pymble account.

Private Channels in Teams

In each class Team, your teacher can create channels and set their settings to private to allow you and your group members to communicate via chat, voice or video calls. Only members of each private channel can see the channel appear in the Team. When you are working in your Private Channel, your messages will only be viewed by other members of your group.

Please note, you cannot create channels or private channels in your class Team, your teacher will need to set this up for you.

Group Call in Teams

When you are in your Private Channel, you have the ability to start a Video call or Audio call.

If you're not currently in a chat with the person you want to call, you can start a new call from a command. Go to the command box at the top of your screen and type call, then type or select the name of the person you want to reach.
