Requirements for completing Pre-Session are modified for teacher candidates completing inservice.

The Verification of Completion of Pre-Session Student Teaching form serves as the official confirmation that a teacher candidate has successfully completed all required components of the student teaching experience. This form is used to ensure that program requirements, documentation, evaluations, and teaching responsibilities have been fulfilled in accordance with institutional and credentialing expectations.

Once completed and signed by the college supervisor, teacher candidate, and Director of Field Experience, the form becomes part of the candidate’s permanent student teaching record.
