This report has been written against the Targets set for 2024, which are aligned with the Achievement Challenges of the Manaiakalani Kahui Ako. We are also reporting against the goals set out in the performance agreements of the senior management team and attempting a fair reflection of the work and activities that have gone on this year. Apart from the introduction the drop down menu titles under Annual Report are a combination of the National Education Learning Priority Objectives and some of the National Administration Guidelines. We are reporting in this format because the Coalition Government have signalled that the NELPS will be removed from the Education Act, (though this has not occurred yet) so we are reporting against some operational items from the NAG's as well as the NELPS. This will be a combined report where The new Strategic and Annual Plans collated on this site, have been generated under the National Education Learning Priorities, much of the reporting is against the "NELPs" and we have also included some traditional categories that are useful for reporting the school's operation in 2024.
Although there is no specific heading in this report for how we have given effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, the reader should see this threaded through the whole.
