Bailey Kramer

Bailey Kramer is a 5th grade teacher at Freedom Elementary School and is currently in her 5th year of teaching. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Aurora University with a minor in STEM. This is Bailey's second year as an Instructional Technology Coach for the district, where she collaborates with educators to integrate purposeful digital tools that enhance instruction and expand learning opportunities. She is passionate about helping students access their education through technology, ensuring digital tools are used to support engagement, accessibility, and equity for all learners. Bailey is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Teaching English Learners
