Because this is our last week of afterschool programming, we are going to take this time to practice self-awareness and reflect on the afterschool year.
Remember that to reflect means to think about something in a calm, deep, curious way. While reflecting, there is usually very little emotion involved. It is often practiced alone and not necessarily with others.
If you need help getting into a reflective mode, put on some headphones, and play the attached link. Calming Music
We encourage you to write or type your responses. Writing or typing your answers will help bring your thoughts to life and be more likely to help you in the long-run. Also, goooooo slooooow. Take your time and give each question some good quality thinking. Remember, this is to help you. To get the most benefit, we recommend spending at least 20 minutes with this activity.
