Squats and Push Ups!!!
HELLO!!!
This week we will continue with the Push Ups from last week and also add the SQUATS!!
The squat is an exercise that most all athletes perform. It is a leg exercise that works multiple lower body muscles, such as Quadriceps, hamstring, gluteus, and core. Many athletes from the Olympics to football players perform the squat for its explosive functions.
So this week, we are going to continue practicing PROPER TECHNIQUE. DO NOT be concerned with how many squats or Push Ups you can do. I only want you to focus on Proper Technique. You might find it challenging at first, but remember, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!
Spend at least 30 min practices, with breaks in between each try! Spend about 15 minutes doing push ups and 15 minutes doing squats. Also check out the videos and pictures for proper technique directions. (BE SURE TO STRETCH AND WARM-UP WITH JUMPING JACKS BEFORE EXERCISING)
ENJOY AND HAVE FUN!!!
