The push up is one of the most popular forms of exercise. It works many upper body muscles, such as chest, arms, and core. While it might be a famous workout, many people do not practice doing push ups with proper technique.
So this week, we are going to practice PROPER TECHNIQUE. DO NOT be concerned with how many push ups you can do. I only want you to focus on Proper Technique. You might find it challenging at first, but remember, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!
Spend at least 30 min practices, with breaks in between each try! Also check out the video attached and pic below for proper technique directions.
