The Goal Setting is designed to get you to think about your assigned work. We ask that you use your judgment to expand your ability to monitor the accuracy of your work, get feedback and revise work to achieve the grade you desire. We then ask that you prioritize the work you need to do by the relevant details and complexity; work on the small parts first, to meet bigger goals. Then you will set goals for the week and give yourself feedback on achieving those goals; this is monitoring your progress. Finally, you’ll use metacognition, which is a big word for thinking about your learning to self-assess and adjust your learning to improve and maximize your time and resources. We'll begin with an initial Career Goal Setting.
