Before submitting an application for a Permit under these Regulations, the applicant shall meet with the Director or Director’s representative.
At or before the pre-application meeting, the applicant shall provide the Director with:
(a) A written summary of the Project including:
The applicant’s name, address and phone number.
Map prepared at an easily readable scale showing:
a. Boundary of the proposed activity.
b. Relationship of the proposed activity to surrounding topographic and cultural features such as roads, streams and existing structures.
c. Proposed buildings, improvements and infrastructure.
Information that is sufficient for determining the nature of the Project and the degree of impacts associated with the Project.
Within ten (10) days of the pre-application meeting, the Director shall establish an estimate in an amount necessary to cover costs of determining whether a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) or a Permit is required. The estimate will include the costs of copying, mailing, publications, labor, overhead and retention of consultants, experts and attorneys that the County deems necessary to advise it in making the Determination.
