As a New Hire you will submit your benefits elections via Munis ESS. HR will review your elections submitted and request more information if needed. Once your elections are approved we will submit them to payroll and to our benefits vendors, this process can take up to a week.

After the vendors receive the information it takes them 72 hours to process and you will be able to login to our different vendor online portals. Medical Cards will then be issued and mailed to you, this can take up to two more weeks.
