HSA  - Health Savings Account

Debit Cards - All of your reimbursement (FSA & HSA) accounts will be on the same card. 

Claims - Claims for expenses incurred during the 2021 or 2022 plan years may be submitted, after January 1, 2022, through the Allegiance Advantage mobile app, online, fax (877-424-3539), or mail (PO Box 4346, Missoula, MT 59806). 

Direct Deposit - Sign up on the website at www.askallegiance.com/pitkin

Distributions - Distributions may be processed through the mobile app or online. There is a $2.00 check fee so you should use direct deposit.

Website Login - If you have previously logged in through the Allegiance/Pitkin website, the same login will work for your HSA.  After logging in, there will be a link to the reimbursement accounts. If you have not previously logged in, select "Register New User" after clicking on Employee/Employer login. The web address is www.askallegiance.com/pitkin.
