Media Arts Exercise: “BEAUTY QUEEN” TRAD

Using your notes and Adobe Photoshop’s retouching and repair tools, make this girl look beautiful again. Try the different tools and don’t forget about using your “History” panel for multiple undo’s.

• 4 zits need cover-up

• Eyebrows need plucking

• Dark circles under the eyes need lightening – get her some coffee!

• Wrinkles under one eye and near the mouth – miracle cream, please.

• Laser off her tattoo

• Give her a dye job - change her hair color. Consider selecting her hair first and refine the edge with smart radius. You may even output the selection to a new layer and then change the color.

Want to do more?

Change the color of her shirt and eyes, apply lipstick and get rid of the freckle near the tattoo.

Save it to the “Beauty Queen” folder as “your name” when done.
