For this assignment you will practice using CLIPPING MAKS and BLENDING MODES to merge images together. You will have to pick random animals and objects to mash together!

The clipping mask layer uses a BLENDING MODE and shows detail from BOTH images.

The clipping mask layer uses a OPACITY change and shows detail from BOTH images.

Blending mode image says what SPECIFIC mode was used.
Opacity change says the exact opacity number that was applied.

For each composition, select a random object and random animal!
Set your document size to INCHES with 8.5 inches wide and 11 inches tall
Remove the background from either the animal or the object.
(This is a refresher video! Use the quick selection brush and apply a layer mask)
Clipping mask = Applies an image or effects ONLY to the layer directly below it! A small arrow point down will be added to the layer indicating that it has been made into a clipping mask.
Checker Board = No pixels (not even white)
Experiment with the different options!

You must be able to SEE DETAILS FROM BOTH IMAGES
Remember to add the NAME of the blending mode you use to the description on your website!
Use the slider in the layers panel with the CLIPPING MASK LAYER SELECTED.
Remember to add the OPACITY NUMBER in the description under the image on your website!
