Instructions:
Have you ever seen someone cut images out of magazines and glue them to a piece of paper? This is called a COLLAGE!
For this assignment, you will make a DIGITAL COLLAGE of things you like / love!
Rubric:
1pts Document Setup = 8in x 8in, 300ppi, .jpg file, titled on website "I Like Project"
2pts Image Quality = Selected images are NOT blurry (above 1000 pixels)
2pts Constrained Pro. = Images (all of them) are NOT stretched or squished
1pt Background = Work includes a background image
2pts Selection Quality = 6 or more Images are edited with selection tools*
2pts Mastery = An additional work is submitted with the same requirements. Uses images of things you HATE or don't like.

*DO NOT USE ANY RECTANGLE SELECTIONS! WILL NOT BE COUNTED!
Make sure you click on TOOLS
Then select the LARGE image size option
Less than 500 pixel images = Blurry Images
More than 1,000 pixel images = High Quality Images*
*For artwork that is about 12 inches
When you right click to SAVE IMAGE AS
The file type MUST SAY .jpg or .jpeg
Files that say .jiff .wmd or .png will NOT WORK
When placing and arranging the images... Does it look like the artist had PLAN or were the images randomly placed?
