Project: Major Site Plan & 3-lot Subdivision; Modifications to the GGC PDD to permit relocation of the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival to the site, new open-air theater, outdoor pavilion and housing for artist and visitors (existing banquet/restaurant facility to remain); the 225-seat indoor theater and 20-room hotel have been eliminated from the project’s scope.
Expected Action Item: Board to discuss the draft SEQRA Findings Statement prepared by AKRF.

Project: Major Site Plan, Amended Site Plan; Construction of a 50’ x 70’ garage and overnight parking of six tri-axle dump trucks.
Expected Action Item: Board to discuss 11/5/23 site visit and decide if a Public Hearing should be scheduled.
Krasniqi Plaza, LLC, 3626 Rt. 9, Cold Spring, NY 10516, TM#17.-1-43
Project: Major Site Plan; Construction of a 9,500 square foot building. 3,600 square feet of the building to be used as office space and remaining 5,900 square feet for warehouse/storage use. The applicant proposes to use the facility to house their existing fencing and heating oil businesses. Associated with this use is a 9,000 square foot outdoor storage area, three 29,200-gallon heating oil storage tanks and a canopy for the loading and unloading of heating oil. The project also proposes the construction of the appurtenant driveways, parking, landscaping, stormwater management practices, a septic system and a drilled well.
Expected Action Item: Board to discuss 11/5/23 site visit and decide if a Public Hearing should be scheduled.
