FAMILY Resources
Check out the resources below for learning at home.
Screen Time
Reflect as a family about how to balance time spent:
using/watching a screen alone,
using/watching a screen with others, and
away from screens and digital devices, alone and with others.
Also, keep in mind, not all screen time is the same. Consider how often you and members of your family use digital devices to:
Passively consume content created by someone else (e.g., videos, music)
Interactively consume content created by someone else (e.g., play games, browse online)
Communicate with others (e.g., post and comment on social media, video chat)
Create content of your own (e.g., building a website, making music, creating a game or piece of art)
LITERAcY & MATH (I-Ready)
Students are encouraged to use i-Ready for math and literacy learning. The School District of Philadelphia has provided instructions for logging in.
