PLAYER EVACUATION

Evacuation vans will be staged in the six (6) zones listed below.

In the event of an evacuation, players will walk to their designated Zone and be driven to the Clubhouse. There will be instructions for the players on the Players Website. 

To keep things organized, Ryder Cup Staff and security will direct players when to begin driving in from their Zones together. 

The Player Evacuation Volunteers will be stationed in each Zone with keys to the vans - ready to go in case of an evacuation. The most common reason for an evacuation is weather.

As a Marshal, you should be aware of which Zone players in your proximity are included in, so you can assist in directing them to the correct evacuation vans if necessary.
