Trainings which are provided individually or as part of a conference and are created and verified by a CCR&R within the ORO Training Calendar do not require that certificates are also issued to participants.
Certificates may be issued for the participants’ own records.
To reduce the number of these certificates which are also uploaded to ORO, we ask CCR&R to include a note on the certificate itself, advising recipients not to upload their certificate for CCR&R - verified training. Such a note might read:
Note: This certificate is for your records only. Credit will be awarded directly in ORO. Please DO NOT upload to your MyORO account.
This is an example of a Set Two session offered by a CCR&R for a course directly verified through the ORO Training Calendar.
If issuing a certificate in addition to verifying the course in ORO, please ensure all information included on the certificate is correct, matching the course created in ORO.
Please include the participant's name and do not issue as a blank or fillable format.
Please include a note encouraging participants to keep the certificate for their own records and not upload to their MyORO account.
