What is it?
Science Olympiad is a team competition in which students compete in various events throughout the day pertaining to various fields of science, including earth science, biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering.
This is an in-school field trip and if you choose to participate, you will be signed out of classes for the whole day.
TEAMS
You will be in teams of approximately 10 competitors. These teams will include both junior (9 and 10) and senior (11 & 12) students. You can either submit an entire team, a part of a team or join individually and be placed on a team of other keen science, math and technology competitors. You are encouraged to find your friends and team up with them. Even if your friends are not taking sciences this semester, they are welcome and encouraged to join. Each team should have at least 4 junior students.
