Complete the Transcript Request Form
2. Allow up to five (5) working days for the completion of the request.
3. You will be notified when the transcript is available for pick-up. Office hours are 8:00 – 4:30 Monday through Friday.
4. A fee of $3.00 will be required when you pick-up the transcript or before it is mailed.
5. A PHOTO ID is required to obtain transcripts during school hours.
If you plan to go directly to a four year school, you will need to send BOTH your PCHS transcripts AND your dual enrollment (NRCC) transcripts to the four year school.
Like PCHS, NRCC uses PARCHMENT to send transcripts. Click this link on the NRCC Admissions website and scroll down to TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS.
Use PARCHMENT to send high school transcripts to colleges, yourself, or to scholarship addresses.
IF DUAL ENROLLED, you also need to add yourself as an NRCC student and request your NRCC transcripts be sent to four year schools.
Go to parchment.com and click on STUDENT and select ORDER
Enter in your high school information - make sure you select PCHS in Dublin, VA
Click START HERE and enter your personal email address - you will need to be able to access it to retrieve a code
Enter your personal info: name, birthday, highest level of education (select 12th grade)
Enter your contact info: cell phone and house address
CREATE your PARCHMENT password
Click CREATE ACCOUNT and CONTINUE
Enter any of the colleges you are interested in sending your transcript to
Enter your high school info: currently enrolled, year you started, year you will graduate; verify your name at graduation, click CONTINUE
Select TRANSCRIPT
Set your delivery destination (college) - send electronically to an email so you do not incur a cost (electronic delivery from high school
Opt to SEND NOW (you can go back in and select HOLD FOR GRADES which means it will send final transcripts after your graduation date.)
Sign and give CONSENT to send.
