Welcome to Pulaski County High School. Listed below you will find the documents needed to enroll your student and the paperwork included in the enrollment packet. Once documentation has been submitted to the registrar, records will be obtained from your previous school and a meeting will be scheduled with the school counselor.
Documents Needed for Enrollment
Photo ID of parent/guardian.
Proof of Parent Residency : ONE of the following (utility bill, gas or electricity bill, mortgage statement or current lease/rent agreement). Proof of address must be in parent/guardian name.
Birth certificate
Complete Immunization records and/or Virginia School Entry Physical
Court papers including custody arrangements, if applicable
