Business Services (HSIE)

This course suits students interested in pursuing a pathway in the Business Services industry. Students will gain knowledge and skills related to administration, documentation, and serving clients. This course is suitable for students who communicate effectively, are well organised and enjoy working in teams. 

Entertainment Industry (CAPA)

This course suit students interested in pursuing a pathway in the Entertainment industry. Students will gain knowledge and skills related to Live Sound, Lighting, Backstage Operations and Audio/Vision systems. Those students who are interested in electronic sound, vision production and recording equipment, who possess a good ear for sound, and technical ability in all areas of live production would benefit from this course.

Hospitality - Food and Beverage (TAS)

This course is for students who have a passion to work in a service-based environment, serving customers food and beverage. This course is suitable for students who are prepared to work in a fast paced environment, can take instructions well and follow through with tasks assigned, have the ability to work in a team, have a good eye for detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude and approach. 

Retail (HSIE)

This course would suit students interested in customer service and interacting with people, and provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants. Students will gain knowledge and skills related to customer service and sales.
