This course provides students with foundation skills development to prepare for workforce entry or vocational training pathways.
It is suitable for individuals who require:
a pathway to employment or vocational training;
reading, writing, numeracy, oral communication and learning skills at Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) Level 3;
entry level digital literacy and employability skills; and
a vocational training and employment plan.

ELIGIBILTIY FOR QUALIFICATION:
Students must undertake the list of units on the left, as well as three industry specific units to attain the FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways. Students achieving at least one unit of competency will be eligible for an AQF Statement of Attainment showing partial completion of their qualification.
This course is competency based and the student's performance is assessed against prescribed industry standards. Assessment methods may include:

This course provides students with foundation skills to explore qualifications in industry's areas that they would like to pursue
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
In this course, students are required to be keen to develop their language, literacy and numeracy skills, and also take a considered approach to career planning and further vocational pathways they would like to pursue.
