The rocks multiplied with the groups and we still use the rock in our peer support groups to this day. 

The rocks become a powerful symbol that holds that respect and reminds us that we are rock solid. So why not build on that for our peer support training? 

The rock school is an acknowledgement of where we've come from, and that we're rock solid moving into the future. 

And it's a way of not taking ourselves well, you know, too seriously given what we support each other through. 

The rock school brings out the best in our caring people and community by facilitating rock solid peer support training and development for rockstars stars like you, who keep our mission and values alive and in our hearts and minds. 

So welcome to the rock school.

We value the time, effort and dedication that goes into mentoring, facilitation, Helpline, and our processes match that dedication to quality and support.

To build and maintain the confidence, skills and tools of our Mentors, Facilitators and Helpline Operators, and maintain the high standards required to maintain the ongoing peer support process, quality assurance needs to be enabled as part of the scaffolding of ongoing development (for team members, and the process itself). 

Parents Beyond Breakup will establish reporting, professional supervision, feedback and development as part of the course fees and/or annual volunteer licensing. This is renewable every 12 months, and continuation may be at the discretion of Parents Beyond Breakup based on quality assurance and performance criteria.
