OUR MISSION
The purpose of this initiative is to create an educational environment at BRCHS that promotes cultural awareness, education and discovery. By celebrating culture, diversity, and social justice we recognize and accept the dignity and worth of every student at BRCHS.
The mission of the Latinos In Action program is not only to honor our Latino culture, but promote respect and diversity of all cultures around the world. Together, we can “be the change” for today’s generation and future generations! Mr. Sloan, LIA Teacher

What better to recognize the dignity and worth of all students than by creating a student-led initiative that centers on helping NEW students acclimate to the school, discover its offerings, and meet new friends.
The Latinos In Action “informational kiosk” will provide new students opportunities to book guided campus tours, club tours, and schedule tutoring services. LIA students will also offer accompaniment to school events & functions.
