   Our LIA Food and Recipes Committee was chosen by us because of our love and passion for food and being able to spread the passion of Latin cuisine. We want you to be interested in how to make recipes and create new dishes. We believe Latino culture can be represented by food and recipes. Latin American foods can provide such of a surprising history of where a dish comes from, it's origin and story. Latin American cuisine are typical foods, beverages, and cooking styles that come from different countries and cooked in different ways in other countries.

     Latin America is an area of land whose nations have varying cuisines. Some Latin American countries have beverages that are unique and have a story as well and are just as distinct as their foods. Some of the beverages can even date back to the times of the Native Americans. We are here to teach you and can't wait!

Bio: Mucho gusto, mi nombre es Tania y yo soy de EI Salvador. I was born in Florida and have grown up here ever since. Spanish was my first language then followed English. I'm not quite the cook but I do like to bake at times it's easy and stress relieving!
