As part of Children's Mental Health Week, Mrs Ferguson organised a talent show. It was wonderful to see so many children audition, sharing their wonderful talents. Those who qualified for the final, performed in front of the whole school on stage. They were very brave and they were absolutely fantastic on stage.
Well done to everyone that entered OVPA's got Talent 2025.
A huge well done to all our children that qualified for the talent show, following a round of auditions.
It was fabulous to see so many children sharing their talents on stage.
Our panel of judges included Mrs Smith (PA to Mrs Campbell), Mrs Booth (Finance Assistant) and 4 members of our Junior Leadership Team - Sam, Melody, Ellen & Aoife. They watched each act carefully and submitted their scores which resulted in our first, second and third places.
Congratulations to our wonderful winners
Daisy, JJ and Brielle.
Thank you judges for doing such an important job.
In first place, was our wonderful Daisy who chose to sing a solo. This year, we have seen Daisy grow hugely in confidence as she has started to take to the stage. It was fabulous to hear Daisy's beautiful voice and she was a well-deserved winner.
Congratulations Daisy!
JJ completely surprised us with some amazing rapping. We didn't realise that JJ had this skill and it was wonderful to see him on stage with so much confidence. We hope JJ continue to develop his love for music.
Congratulations JJ!
Brielle, from Nursery, was our youngest performer and it was incredible to see her being brave enough to get on stage in front of the whole school. Brielle choreographed her own ballet routine to music from Frozen. It was stunning, expressive and elegant.
Congratulations Brielle!
