We are excited to have featured kumquats and locally sourced citrus for our February Harvest of the Month programming. A variety of citrus was  served for breakfast and lunch throughout the month of February. We are sourcing citrus from Twin Tree Farms, a small family farm located in Madera, CA which is in the central valley, close to Fresno. They specialize in stem and leaf cut murcott and tango tangerines that will be on school menus at the end of February. The farm is family owned and cares deeply about their produce, soil, and trees.
