The central focus of all we do is Hauora. Throughout the year our work will be based on the various aspects of Te Whare Tapa Whā and how to look after them. Like always, this is a rough guide and may be subject to change as the year progresses.
An initial focus on introducing the Māori wellbeing model of 'Te Whare Tapa Whā' before delving deep in to Taha Whanau and all that our social interactions provide for us.

Performance and Physical Improvement - a focus on building and carrying out a training programme towards an event.

AS 3.4 - Demonstrate quality performance of a physical activity in an applied setting
