Evaluate physical activity experiences -
Describe the physical activities you have experienced so far in your life. Your answer should consider the following points:
- Describe the main PA's you have been involved in
- The reasons for this involvement
- The key factors that have influenced your involvement
- What assumptions have you experiences related to physical activity? How have you challenged these assumptions?
- What does research say about youth physical activity rates? How do you fit in what this research suggests?
- Considering all of the above information, what impact does physical activity (and these different reasons, factors and assumptions) have on your wellbeing (Te whare tapa whā).

Strategies for lifelong well-being -
Develop a plan to make sure that physical activity has a positive effect on your wellbeing in the future. Your answer should consider the following points:
- What you might be doing and where you might be once you leave school/in later years and how this might impact your participation in physical activity
- The assumptions you identified earlier and how your awareness of this may influence your future participation
- Any new experiences you may like to include in the future
- Anything you do not wish to include in your future
- What strategies you will need to use to ensure your involvement in physical activity and the impact this will have on your wellbeing (Te whare tapa whā).
